- Tracy & Ryder Landscaping Inc (For Turnberry West Construction)
- Installation of 8 Stainless Steel Pools & Spas manufactured
by Bradford Products. The Main Pool measures nearly 18,000 square feet with a WFX
designed fiber optic lighting system integrated into the floor of the pool. WFX
scope includes leveling slabs, stainless steel vessels, onsite welding and tile,
coping, electrical, supervision and management. Estimated completion date – Fall/Winter
2009
Fontainebleau Resort Day Spa – Las Vegas, NV
- Turnberry West Construction
- Installation of various stainless steel vessels including
7 spas, 2 steam rooms, 2 experience showers and a water feature. All stainless steel
vessels are manufactured and fabricated by Bradford Products. WFX scope includes
leveling slabs, stainless steel vessels, plumbing & equipment, electrical & equipment,
tile, coping, supervision and management. Estimated completion date – Fall/Winter
2009
Mandarin Day Spa @ CityCenter
- Perini Building Company
- Installation of 40+ day spa features including steam rooms,
saunas, tepidarium chairs, heated benches, hammams, rhassoul steam showers, laconiums,
experience showers, vitality spas, vitality tubs, private heavens, steam baths and
ice fountains. Most features are complete with LCD control panels, lighting and
sound. Features are made of stainless steel and fabricated by Bradford Products.
This was awarded as a design substitute after the benefits of stainless steel were
expressed. Estimated completion date – Spring 2009
Caesars Palace Penthouse Remodel
- Penta Building Group, Inc.
- Design/Build Installation of 2 stainless steel spas with
urn fountains and 2 interior fountains at the penthouses at Caesars Palace. Stainless
steel spas were manufactured by Bradford Products and were brought to the jobsite
in multiple sections due to limited access to the jobsite. WFX scope includes design
& hydraulic calculations, leveling slabs, stainless steel vessels, plumbing, electrical,
equipment, tile, coping, supervision and management. Estimated completion date –
Fall 2008
Wynn - Encore Day Spa
- Tutor-Saliba Corporation
- Installation of 2 stainless steel steam rooms, 2 Austrian
Saunas and two rain chain fountain basins. Stainless steel features are being manufactured
by Bradford Products with the saunas being manufactured by Thermarium. Also included
is the electrical hookup and coordination for 6 experience showers and 2 deluge
showers. Estimated completion date – Fall 2008
Tahiti Phase II – Lazy River

- Construction of a 575’ concrete lazy river. WFX scope includes
excavation, forming, rebar, plumbing, electrical, shotcrete, equipment, plaster,
tile, supervision and management. See below for an up to date camera

Casino Square Fountain - CityCenter
- Perini Building Company
- Installation of a 1240 square foot stainless steel fountain.
Stainless steel basin manufactured by Bradford Products. This feature is a reflection
pond with 100’ of infinity edge at the end of Casino Avenue at CityCenter. WFX scope
includes leveling slab, stainless steel vessel, plumbing, electrical, equipment,
tile, coping, supervision and management. Estimated completion date – Spring 2009
Wyndham Desert Blue Resort
- Martin Harris Construction
- Construction of 2 pools, an activity pool, 2 spas and
2 water features. All features will be constructed out of reinforced concrete. WFX
scope includes excavation, forming, rebar, plumbing, electrical, equipment, shotcrete,
plaster, tile, coping, supervision and management. Expected completion date – Summer/Fall
2009
